Piedmont Park’s most popular fitness class is back for the summer! This strength building, core sculpting, heart pumping pool workout is perfect for the reaching your fitness goals! Be prepared for for a circuit-training, total-body class for the first 45 minutes of class (wear tennis shoes). Please bring swimwear for the second half of class.
