Whether you want to get in shape, stay in shape or release the week’s stress, Piedmont Park offers several classes and healthy activities to get you moving towards your goal.
Food and fitness are the cornerstones of how you look and feel. This Fall, Love You Healthy’s fitness classes are focused around a balanced fitness routine and diet. This six week program will change your relationship with food and improve your fitness and figure by engaging in a full-body workout, followed by health education and targeted diet advice tailored specifically to you. The program concludes with a community dinner at a local restaurant on October 25 after class!

Price: 1 class $20 / 5 classes $90
Classes are taught indoors at the Piedmont Park Community Center by master trainer Saidah Jones.
