Like so many, the Piedmont Park Conservancy is facing uncertain times. We take pride in being a place of refuge and serenity during this health crisis, but the surge in visitation is taking a toll on our resources.

Your donation matters. Make a difference today.

Now is the time to ensure the Park can meet its ongoing maintenance and support budgets for the Park to continue to be a place where people of all walks of life come together. Flowers, trees and grass still need attention despite the challenges going on within our world.

We thank you and the park thanks you. The next time you visit the park, notice how alive the park feels knowing you care enough to keep everything looking beautiful.

Piedmont Park is over 200 acres and attracts more than 4 million visitors each year, and is much too large for just city taxes. That’s where the Piedmont Park Conservancy comes in. Not only does the Conservancy contribute over $3.5 million each year into the maintenance and enhancement of the Park, but also brings the Park to life through a variety of programs such as Green Market, recreational and fitness activities, youth environmental education and special events.

  • CARES Act New Federal Rules for Charitable Giving

The CARES Act included a new universal deduction for charitable contributions of up to $300 for individuals who do not itemize deductions. For itemizers, the law also lifts the existing cap on annual contributions, raising it from 60 percent of adjusted gross income to 100 percent. The incentive applies to cash contributions made in 2020 and can be claimed on tax forms next year. Please consult your tax advisor for more information.
