Like so many, the Piedmont Park Conservancy is facing uncertain times. We take pride in being a place of refuge and serenity during this health crisis, but the surge in visitation is taking a toll on our resources. With increased visitation and concerns for public health, we have invested in soap and spray disinfectants for our bathrooms as well as 30 waste bins to hold more trash. We have also increased staff coverage over the weekends. Due to social distancing measures, revenue from our facility rentals and programs have come to a halt. We still need funds to mow the grass and care for trees, shrubs, flowers and more.

Now Accepting volunteers

We’re thrilled that we are able to accept individual volunteers now. We need your help, as the Park is experiencing a high volume of visitors. Volunteers will help pick up trash, spread mulch and assist with various projects. If you are interested in helping, email volunteer@piedmontpark.org.
