People get to Piedmont Park by MARTA,
automobile, walking, and
biking.
By MARTA
The nearest MARTA stations are Midtown and Arts Center,
both located just a few blocks from the Park.

Upon exiting the Midtown Station, take
10th Street towards Peachtree Street and continue on 10th
until you reach Piedmont Avenue. Turn left on Piedmont Avenue
and walk two blocks to the 12th and 14th Street gates of Piedmont
Park. (or you can continue walking on 10th Street and the
park will soon be on your left side).
Exit the Arts Center Station heading south on West Peachtree
street for one block. Head east (go left) on 14th Street
for three blocks until you reach the 14th Street entrance
to the Park.
MARTA bus Route
27 (Monroe Dr./Lindbergh) and Route
36 (North Decatur) run by Piedmont Park. Click
the route links above to get maps and bus schedules from the
MARTA website. For additional information call MARTA at 404.848.4711.
MARTA has expanded the Atlanta Tourist Loop shuttle bus
service to add a Midtown loop, Route 101. The new service
links many popular downtown and Midtown locations to Piedmont
Park.
The fare is $1.75 per trip. Riders will be able to transfer
for free to another bus or train and use unlimited weekend,
weekly and monthly passes. Kids under 6 ride for free.

Wheelchair Accessibility
The following park
entrances are wheelchair accessible: 12th Street Gate; 14th
Street Gate; Charles Allen Drive Gate; Park Drive. In addition,
the following buildings and areas are disabled-accessible:
Piedmont Park Conservancy Offices; Magnolia Hall; Piedmont
Park Conservancy Community Center; Visitors Center; Tennis
Center and Oak Hill.
By Car
Parking in and around the park is very limited. Park visitors
are strongly encouraged to utilize public transportation.
If you drive, you may wish to download

PDF) showing area parking facilities and bus
routes.
The Conservancy staff, programs, and rental facilities are
housed in two primary locations within Piedmont Park.

The Piedmont
Park Conservancy Administrative Offices, and Magnolia Hall are located on
the eastern side of the park, near the Tennis Center.
Please enter through the Park Drive entrance off of
Monroe Drive. |

The Piedmont
Park Conservancy Community Center, and Clara
Meer Dock and the Visitor Center are located
on the western side of the park near the Piedmont and
12th Street Gate. The Community Center hosts most Conservancy
classes and programs. There is a small parking lot behind
the Community Center. |
Traveling South on GA 400
Follow GA 400 Southbound until it merges into I-85 Southbound.
Follow the next set of directions.
Traveling South on I-75/I-85
Exit at 10th - 14th Streets. Go straight through the traffic
light at the end of the ramp, crossing 14th Street. Stay to
the left when the road splits and at the next traffic light,
turn left on 10th Street.

to the Community Center, or Clara
Meer Dock and the Visitor Center turn left
on Piedmont Avenue. The Community Center is located
about a block and a half on the right (same building
as Willie’s Mexican Grill just before 12th Street).
A small parking lot is located behind the building. |

If you are going to the Piedmont
Park Conservancy Administrative Offices, or
Magnolia Hall,
follow 10th Street until it dead-ends into Monroe Drive.
Turn left onto Monroe Drive. Continue on Monroe Drive.
Turn left at the first light onto Park Drive. Proceed
on Park Drive. After crossing the bridge, bear right
at the fork. Finally, turn right into the parking lot
and proceed to the stone buildings at the far end of
the parking lot. |
Traveling North on I-75/I-85
Exit at 10th - 14th Streets. At the end of the exit ramp,
turn right on 10th Street.
