Piedmont Park Map

“[Parks are] the only places vast numbers of persons [are] brought closely together, poor and rich, young and old… each individual adding by his mere presence for the pleasure of all others. ”
- Frederick Law Olmsted

What does the Piedmont Park Conservancy Do?
  • Performs 90% of the daily maintenance work in Piedmont Park
  • Serves millions of Atlantans through our programs and events including The Green Market, Season of Magic, Education Garden and many others
  • Provides safe and clean places for recreation, relaxation and play including the Piedmont Park Aquatic Center, Active Oval, playgrounds, paths, trails and lawns
  • Promotes healthy living and environmental education for youth in our Camp Fit program and EnviroVentures Summer Camp
  • Implements innovative sustainable practices like a compost tea fertilization program, Park-wide recycling, rainwater collection and drought-resistant landscaping to keep our Park clean and green
Did You Know?
  • 85% of all City of Atlanta permitted events, like the Dogwood Festival, the Peachtree Road Race and Music Midtown, are held in Piedmont Park; but, $0 from those events support the Conservancy and our efforts to maintain the 200+ acres of the Park.

Whether you run, bike, skate, picnic or enjoy a festival at Piedmont Park, you are benefiting from the efforts of Piedmont Park Conservancy. But in order to maintain the striking improvements to Piedmont Park, we need your support.
