Piedmont Park has a number of great ways for you to stay healthy while enjoying the Park. From Oak Hill to the Active Oval and Legacy Fountain, you can find many ways to stay fit. We offer many free and reasonably priced options to choose from. You can take a run around Lake Clara Meer or the grand meadow. Join a softball or kickball league. Enjoy the new basketball courts or take a dip in the pool or Legacy Fountain.
For a more targeted workout, enjoy Love You Healthy Fitness. You can choose between two great workouts: SPOGA and Lunch Crunch. All ages and levels are welcome.
A new fitness program for campers age 11-15, Piedmont Park Camp Fit, wil be offered the Summer of 2012. Registration is open.
