Piedmont Park has a number of great ways for you to stay healthy while enjoying the Park. From Oak Hill to the Active Oval and Legacy Fountain, you can find many ways to stay fit. We offer many free and reasonably priced options to choose from. You can take a run around Lake Clara Meer or the grand meadow. Join a softball or kickball league. Enjoy the new basketball courts or take a dip in the pool or Legacy Fountain.
For a more targeted workout, check out Love You Healthy Fitness. You can choose between three great workouts: Spinergy, an overall body workout, and Lunch Crunch, a mid-day power workout. All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
A fitness program for campers age 11-15, Piedmont Park Camp Fit, will be offered the Summer of 2014. Registration will open January 1, 2014.
