Your child’s birthday party can be a day in the park! Birthday Party Packages at the beautiful Piedmont Park Pool will be available from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
Your little swimmer can enjoy their special day with friends at Piedmont Park’s Aquatic Center. Pool Party reservations include exclusive use of the Pool Terrace during the event for your party group and pool admission for all participants for the day.
Program Details
Your personal party schedule can be determined at booking. A staff person will be available to show you to your space. You will have use of the space for 2 hours after which you will be allowed to store your party supplies, presents etc. at the pool office if you choose to continue swim time. Please note that a minimum of 1 adult for every 10 children is required for safe swimming.
Location Details
Your child's memorable event will take place on the Greystone Terrace, overlooking the pool. Tables and chairs will be available for party use, and food and beverage (with the exception of glass containers) are welcome in the space.
Parking
The most proximate parking is available in the SAGE parking facility accessible both from Piedmont Ave and Monroe.
Suggestions for a Fun Park Party

If presents are being exchanged, bring a box or large container to make moving them to the car easier. Decide if your party will be parent friendly or drop off only and include directions with your invitation. |

If you’re planning your party around mealtime and are interested in using the concessions at the pool, work with program staff to find a boxed lunch option that works for your group, or pack your own. |

Don’t forget to bring a camera (with fully charged batteries) to capture all the fun! |

Don’t forget the cake, cupcakes or other celebratory treats like candles, matches, plates, cups, napkins and all other essential party supplies.

Fees
$250 for up to 20 children, $10 for each additional child with a
maximum of 25
Refund Policy
If party is cancelled two weeks or more prior to the party date, 50% of the party fees are refundable. Parties cancelled less than two weeks in advance are non-refundable.
Reservations and Payment
Please make reservations at least two weeks in advance. Full payment is due upon reservation and can be made by cash, check or credit card.
