Above and Beyond Farm

E-mail: Jess426@gmail.com
Above & Beyond Farm is a 23-acre, sustainable family farm located in Canton, GA.  Farm manager, Jessica Lara, is spending her first season farming in Georgia alongside her husband, Joaquin, and parents, Allan & Bobbi Williams.   Currently just under one acre of land is dedicated to crops while we prepare our pastures for livestock.  This year we've planted an assortment of heirloom tomatoes, peppers, squash, cucumbers, and melons, as well as several other varieties of fruits & vegetables.  Although we are not "certified" organic, we always practice organic methods and never use toxic pesticides or chemical fertilizers on our land.  Our mission is to work with mother nature to provide you nutrient-dense, delicious produce that is good for your family and our environment.  We're excited to be a part of the Green Market at Piedmont Park!

Tink’s Grass Fed Beef
Washington, GA
E-mail: info@tinksbeef.com
Website: www.tinksbeef.com
Tink's cows are 100% grass-fed; never grain fed. Grass fed beef is healthier because it is higher in Omega 3 fatty acids, CLA's, Vitamin E, beta carotene and nutrient content, which makes it naturally leaner than grain-fed beef. Her cows are never given any growth hormones or antibiotics and they are also minimally handled throughout their lives so as not to cause any unnecessary stress to the animals.

We are Larry & Twila Dove. We bought this farm in August 2003 and set to work growing vegetables. We are a couple of country kids who grew up in rural Virginia. We have over 10 years of Organic vegetable gardening experience starting with our own gardens and later expanding to volunteer gardening projects through our church. Over the last several years we have donated over 10,000 pounds of vegetables to food banks. We are firm believers in giving back to the community. We are also strong advocates of preserving our natural resources and our environment. We enjoy spreading the gospel of better living through organics and getting back to the soil where healthy nutrition begins.
