Have your wedding at Piedmont Park!
We have a variety of venues to satisfy you and your guests
on a very special day. Choose to have your ceremony overlooking
picturesque Lake Clara Meer, then usher your guests to a festive
reception at elegant Magnolia Hall. Or recite your vows in
the courtyard, followed by a reception in the historic Visitor
Center. All of Piedmont Park’s event facilities will
make your special day that much more memorable. Venues are
available for Rehearsal Dinners too!

How did you meet your husband? Brian works for the Atlanta Falcons and I was invited to go on a trip with the team to San Antonio to play the New Orleans Saints (they were displaced due to Hurricane Katrina). We met on that trip and had our first date a week later. We’ve been together ever since.
Are you both from Atlanta, and if not when and why did you move here? Brian is originally from Cleveland, OH and moved to Atlanta 12 years ago with the Falcons. I’m originally from St. Louis, MO and I moved here 6 years ago with work as well.
How long did you and Brian date before you were engaged? We met Oct 2005 so about 2 ½ years.
Why did you choose the Park? When we decided to have our wedding in Atlanta as opposed to a destination wedding, there was only 1 place we wanted our wedding and that was at Piedmont Park. We live next to the park and we spend all of our free weekends there. We have enjoyed many activities held there over the past few years including Screen on the Green, Dogwood Festival, Midtown Touchdown and Jazz Fest. The park is very special to us and there was no other place in Atlanta we would even consider.
What did you enjoy most about your wedding day? The thing we enjoyed most about our wedding day is sharing with all our friends and family a very special place…Piedmont Park. We even used the Piedmont Park Conservancy book as our guest book. We had everyone sign on a page that they find most interesting about the park.
