Magnolia Hall is one of Atlanta’s premier events facilities. This 3,200 square foot building is elegantly lit with Mission-style lantern chandeliers. The exposed rafters and oak paneling coupled with the beautifully executed marbleized floors create a warm and unforgettable ambiance. Built in 1945, this building was originally a blacksmith’s forge and its original fireplace is still in place adding to the charming atmosphere. Take a virtual tour of Greystone and Magnolia Hall.

Magnolia Hall is equipped with a catering kitchen and audio-visual equipment to support the diverse needs of our clients. The Hall has four sets of glass doors leading out to 3,000 square feet of beautifully landscaped stone courtyard. The Magnolia Hall lawn, included with the rental of Magnolia Hall, can give your event another dimension. The courtyard and lawn are ideal for ceremonies, tenting, and outdoor seating. Nestled in the heart of Atlanta in historic Piedmont Park, Magnolia Hall is easy to find. The Park is easily accessible from downtown, midtown and Buckhead, offering many hotels in close proximity. At the intersection of urban and natural, your event promises to be unforgettable for you and your guests. And by hosting your event at Piedmont Park, you support Piedmont Park Conservancy’s restoration and preservation efforts and help ensure the beauty of the park for years to come.

Rental Rates
20% discount on January and February Rental Rates. 20% discount applies to rental rates for non-profit organizations with proof of 501c3. 5% military discount offered with proof of military service. Only immediate family members will qualify. Call 404.875.7275 x224 to find out more.

•  Magnolia Hall seats up to 125 persons inside with food stations style/ 140 persons inside buffet style/150 inside plated + additional persons on the adjoining open terrace.
•  3,200 square foot Magnolia Hall
•  3,000 square foot Magnolia Hall Courtyard
•  Tables, chairs, and tents are available from our preferred vendors.
•  Audio-visual system available at no charge.  Equipment includes: a cordless microphone, 5-disc CD player, iPod adapter, 10’x10’ roll down projector screen and podium. Additional fee for Wi-Fi. (Client responsible for projector and laptop computer. No technician provided.)
•  Events must end when Park closes @ 11:00 pm, vendors are permitted one (1) extra hour to load out.
•  The 7 hour event period includes vendor set up and breakdown, with 4 hours of guest time.

Miscellaneous Fees

•  Beverage Minimum: Applies to Saturday rentals only
Beverage Minimum fee does not include 20% service/licensing fee, 8% sales tax, 3% liquor tax and cost of bartenders. Please refer to Beverage Service and Catering page for Bar Pricing.
•  Dockside Ceremony to accompany Reception at
Magnolia Hall (must order outdoor chairs from approved vendors, 2 hours added to facility use time for ceremony needs)
•  Additional Rental Time - per hour (if available) $200
•  Deposit (due up front at signing of contract along with half of
rental rate)
•  Parking is available at the Sage Parking Facility located off of Monroe Drive on Worchester Drive.  You may pre-pay and reserve spaces for your guests in advance.  Contact sales for pricing.

All proceeds benefit Piedmont Park Conservancy – a member and donor non-profit, working to restore and enrich historic Piedmont Park.
