Option I: Bar Service Hosted
by the Hour:
This option for Standard Bar Service includes liquor, domestic
and imported beer, house wine, mixers, garnishes and plastic
ware for a pre-determined price per person.
For example, a four (4) hour call brand bar is $24 per person,
plus tax and service. A four (4) hour call brand bar with
martinis and champagne is $28 per person.

Beverage Charges & Services:
All alchoholic beverages subject to 20% insurance service fee plus 8% sales tax.
Bar service personnel are based on one bartender per 100
guests. A fee of $125.00 per bartender applies.
Tableside Wine Service: May
be offered to the table at $5 per person (plus sales tax). Upgraded
wine selections are available at a per case price. Wine servers
are available for $125 each.
Passed Champagne Toast: House champagne may be
passed at $5 per person (plus sales
tax).
Cash Bar Option is available, discuss with our sales staff.
