The Piedmont Park Basketball Courts are located just west of the Piedmont Park Greenway next to the tennis courts and consists of one regulation full court and one half court. Piedmont Park Conservancy accepts reservations for the full court only. The half court is first come, first served play. We do not currently organize leagues. Please remember to bring your Permit. For more information on leagues reserving basketball courts at Piedmont Park, contact programs@piedmontpark.org.

Dates and Times Available for Permitted Play:
Reservations are accepted year round for the full basketball court from 8am until 8pm every day except Fridays. Unless otherwise noted, the half court is available year-round for leisure play with no reservation.

Effective January 1, 2013 - PPC Transaction Processing
and Refund Policy

A transaction fee will be charged to process all registrations and reservation payments (online, check and cash).

Refunds to programs registrants or other reservation holders, will be charged a 15% processing fee.

PLEASE NOTE: If this is your first time submitting a reservation request online you will need to create an account. Please click ‘Request Account’ and enter the required information. You will get an email to confirm your account request. Click the link in the email to activate your account. Please add programs@piedmontpark.org to your email contact list; all communication regarding your reservation will come from this email address.

Once you have set up an account you can log in anytime to check court availability calendars and submit reservation requests online. Reservation requests must be made at least five days in advance. Please contact programs@piedmontpark.org with reservation questions.

Payment Deadlines: Payment in full for court reservations must be made at time of reservation submittal. If payment is not made that time the requested dates will be released. Payments may be made online via credit card.

Court Permits: PPC will issue applicants a Permit which must be printed and brought to the park on all reserved play dates. Permits are approved once reservations have been paid in full.

Refunds/Cancellations/Make-up Dates: To schedule make-ups for court closures, the reserving party must give written notification (email acceptable) to Piedmont Park Conservancy within seven days after the cancelled reservation date. PPC will work with the reserving party to schedule a make-up date; a credit may be issued, less an administration fee, if a date cannot be agreed upon.

PPC will work to reschedule an appropriate date, or if necessary process a refund or credit within 30 business days after all reserved/league play as originally invoiced has been completed. Administrative fees apply to all refunds.

Sports League Reservation Process Update
Beginning in 2013 the PPC will transition from the sports lottery process to the exclusive use of the online reservation system for league reservations. Reservations will be first come first served on the website at www.piedmontpark.org. Reservations for each season will be released one month prior.

Note: Reservations must be made on the hour or half hour.
