The Active Oval playing areas consist of the running track, two soccer fields, two softball fields and two sand volleyball courts.

Please be advised:
- Cleats are allowed on the softball fields for permitted game day play only.
- Cleats are allowed on the soccer fields for permitted game day soccer play only.
- Cleats are not allowed for leisure play or practice play.
Piedmont Park Conservancy manages and schedules league play for the Active Oval but does not currently organize leagues. For more information on leagues currently reserving fields at Piedmont Park, contact programs@piedmontpark.org.

PPC Transaction Processing and Refund Policy (effective 1.1.2013)
A transaction fee will be charged to process all registrations and reservation payments (online, check and cash).
Refunds to programs registrants or other reservation holders, will be charged a 15% processing fee.

Please note that permitted play is not allowed on Fridays, which are designated for leisure play only. Friday leisure play reservations will be available in 2 hour increments on a first-come, first-served basis. Sign up sheets for leisure play reservations are field specific and are located at the north and south ball field kiosks.
